ArenaXF, operated by Mwenendo Africa, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on purchases made through the service, including premium subscriptions and mCoin packs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or contact our support team and we will help you start the process.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a premium subscription at any time. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. New billing periods are non-refundable beyond the 30-day window above, except where required by law.
mCoins
mCoin purchases are eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee provided the mCoins have not been substantially consumed. Refunds for fully spent balances may be declined.
