Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

ArenaXF is operated by Mwenendo Africa ("we", "us"). By using ArenaXF, you enter into an agreement with Mwenendo Africa.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ArenaXF. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have the authority to bind the organisation you represent.

3. The service

ArenaXF is an AI-powered competitive quiz platform offering free and premium gameplay, tournaments, and a virtual currency (mCoins). The service is provided on an "as is" basis; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam.
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights.
• Interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering).
• Cheat, exploit, or abuse the matchmaking, scoring, or rewards systems.
• Resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the service.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the service, including software, content, branding, and quiz material. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

8. Virtual currency (mCoins)

mCoins are a virtual in-app currency with no real-world cash value, are non-transferable outside the service, and may be adjusted, suspended, or discontinued in line with these Terms.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where it cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Mwenendo Africa's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
